Chef Justin O'Neill

Having spent 17 years in professional kitchens and two years as a private chef across the Pacific Northwest, Chef Justin O'Neill knows his way around the kitchen.

Justin brings unique culinary experience to the enterprise sales team at Spiceology; however, he's never far from the kitchen, believing that good food always brings happiness. He has now taken his culinary prowess to Bookoo Chef as a co-founder of the company.

Course 1: Ahi Canape
Seared ahi, avocado crema, cucumber, chives, baguette

Course 2: Panzanella
Grilled bread, fresh mozzarella, tomato, arugula, balsamic glaze, olive oil

Course 3: Seared Market Fish
Seasonal fish seared and set over chilled orzo salad

Course 4: Beef Filet
Filet Mignon grilled and served with garlicky greens,
parsnip puree, and red wine reduction

Course 5: Chocolate Torte
Rich Chocolate torte, macerated berries, boozy whipped cream
