Chef Aaron Fish

Originally from Napa Valley CA, Aaron Fish first learned of his love for cooking when he was 14 and quickly rose through the ranks and was running catering events by the age of 17. Aaron moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2008 and never looked back.

Currently working as Chef de Cuisine at Eat Good Group and has partnered with Spiceology for recipe development and as a content creator. Chef Aaron fish continues his passion for food daily by sourcing sustainably and consistently honing his craft and culinary team.

 

Course 1: Thai Chop
Seasonal greens, mint, cilantro, green onions, basil, seeds, poached and fried farm fresh egg, cucumber, marinated onion, black garlic, miso sesame vinaigrette

Course 2: Smoked Chicken
Butternut puree, white bbq sauce, charred carrot, pickled mustard seed, herbs

Course 3: Donuts
Fresh cinnamon apple donuts tossed in sugar with salted caramel and cream cheese frosting

Course 1: Eggs of the Deviled Kind
Whipped yolk, fermented Chile, seeds, pomegranate molasses, herb emulsion

Course 2: Watermelon
Marinated onion, labneh, honey, olive oil, herbs, hazelnuts

Course 3: Carrot
Roasted carrot soup, carrot top emulsion, ancho, olive oil, pepitas, cilantro

Course 4: Steak
Slow cooked NY, garlic parsnip puree, wild mushroom confit, sherry reduction, fried shallot

Course 5: PB & J
Peanut butter mousse, marinated seasonal berries, crumble, frozen brown sugar whipped cream

Course 1: Cured Steelhead
Chile aioli, soy reduction, flaked corn, cilantro and lime

Course 2: Beet Gazpacho
Ancho popped corn, pickled apple, beet green emulsion, smoked salt

Course 3: Pork Belly
Mezcal Caramel, poblano creme, citrus, sunflower shoots, chile oil

Course 4: Intermezzo
Green apple sorbet with champagne

Course 5: Kalbi Short Ribs
Kimchi fried rice, fermented chilies, basil aioli, herbs, crispy garlic

Course 6: Cheese
Truffle tremor, honey, salt

Course 7: Chocolate Ice cream sandwich
Warm Brioche roll stuffed with Chocolate Ice Cream and Peanut Butter. Served with Salted caramel
